Learned Single Judge has done no wrong by dismissing the Writ Application since the order has been passed within the framework of the law. The action has been taken against the appellant, especially under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. There is remedy provided within the Act.
