The petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 304(B) and 316/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Gotni of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25399 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
