ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 09.12.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani by which he has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Tr. No. 755 of 2010.
In view of the earlier orders, the Informants have produced their original certificates and on perusal of the same and the nature of allegations against the Petitioner which transpired subsequently in the enquiry held by the Court below, I see no merit in the application. The same is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7823 of 2011 dt.17-08-2015 dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, and the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
