Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 61 of 2018 arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the basis of the Fardbeyan of the informant Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2017 was instituted on 06.10.2017 against the unknown persons with respect to the murder of the son of the informant, namely, Ranu Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation police caught the petitioner who is full brother of the deceased and Khusboo Kumari wife of deceased and got recorded their confessional statement showing their involvement in murder due to illicit relationship between the

He further submits that co-accused Khusboo Kumari has already been allowed bail vide order dated 18.06.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.37675 of 2018 by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 13.10.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of F.T.C-II, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No. 61 of 2018 arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2017.
