JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, by order dated 26.08.2020 case diary was called for. From perusal of the case diary it appears that there are certain materials against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected.
