This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Saksohra P.S. Case No. 05 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that co-accused Abhishek Kumar has named the petitioner in his confessional statement. Petitioner has also three antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
