The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2012 registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the orders dated 24.10.2013 and 16.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 22656 of 2013 and 29768 of 2014 respectively, the instant application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is not maintainable.
