JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be the driver of informant and there is only allegation against him that he played role of mediator and on the assurance of the petitioner, informant gave Rs. 1,90,000/- to co-accused, namely, Vicky Mistri for registration of a land, which had already been sold by the said Vicky Mistri. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named, in

No.43480 of 2016 (2) dt.28-11-2016 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 01st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
