ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No.119/17 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution story, as stated, alleges the petitioner to have given a chhura blow on the stomach of the informant which is said to have hit his hand but the such injury is not found in the injury report.

Considering that the injuries belies the prosecution story and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35751 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Aurangabad, in Aurangabad P.S. Case No.119/17 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
