Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.667 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners rather specific allegation is made against Sanjay Chaudhary, Rahul Kumar and Mukesh Kumar. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.27646 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.667 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
