ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks clarification of this Court with regard to quantum of maintenance decided by the Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Misc. Case No. 35 of 2009 dated 03.02.2011.
It has been submitted that the Petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 which he is complying with and it may be deducted from Rs. 6,000/- as directed by the Court order dated 09.12.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43402 of 2010. It is, hereby, clarified to the aforesaid extent. The Application stands allowed.
