Allegation is that the petitioner was distributed lessor amount under Poshak Bitran scheme.

The petitioner submits that the allegation is false and he has already deposited the money in question in Bihar Gramin Bank Khaparia, detail of which is contained in annexure-3. In the facts of the case, in case of surrender, let petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sono Police station Case No. 141/2015. (G.R. No. 1542 of 2015).
