JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ order direction to the respondents to re-fix the last pay drawn by the petitioner after granting 1st and 2nd MACP and to re-fix the pension accordingly and make benefit thereof.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11134 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/3 respondents to grant 1st and 2nd MACP in favour of petitioner with affection dates and to make payment of arrears of salary thereof till the date of retirement of petitioner.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to grant pension and gratuity after granting the 1st and 2nd MACP and to make payment of arrears of pension and gratuity and accordingly regular pension.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ /order/ direction to make payment of L.I.C. of the petitioner as petitioner retired from his service on 31.01.2019.

(v) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to the respondent to make payment of salary from January 2005 to January 2007, February 2008, January 2009 to February 2009, February 2014 and February 2016, January 2017 to January 2019 in favour of petitioner.

(vi) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction to the respondents to grant and make

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
