1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under :- "That the present writ application is being preferred for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the following reliefs :- I. For commanding the respondents to make payment of arrear of salary due to grant of Ist. Assured Career Progression Scheme w.e.f. 9.8.1999, granted vide notification no. 4685 dated 25.6.2003 and in consequent thereof letter issued by the Directorate Agricultural, Bihar. II. Also for making payment of arrear of salary due to grant of 2nd Assured Career Progression Schedule w.e.f. 21.9.2006 granted by order as contained in letter no. 135 dated 22.10.2009.

III. Also for direction to make payment of arrear of salary due to implementation of recommendation of Sixth Pay Commission approved by the department of finance by letter vide memo no. 2 dated 2.1.2010 to be implemented w.e.f. 1.1.2006.

2. The counter-affidavit has been filed by respondent no. 3,4,5 & 6 and it has been stated as under :- "5. That before entering into para-wise comments upon the writ application the answering respondents respectfully states that the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed by these respondents on account of the facts that they have made sincere effort in getting allotment from the Government and so far the petitioner has been paid Rs. 1,73,541/- towards recommendation of Sixth pay commission on 10.12.2013 through Cheque no. 030025 dated 10.12.2013. The petitioner had acknowledged the reciept of the Cheque on 17.12.2013."

3. Keeping in view thereto, it is apparent that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
