This writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for a limited purpose i.e. for directing the respondent no.2 to dispose of the petitioner's application for re-opening of Ceiling Case No.41 of 1982-83/97 of 1973-74, which has been numbered as 6 of 2008. A counter supplementary affidavit has been filed by the State-authority.
At the time of haring of this writ application, learned A.C. to S.C 22 fairly submits that the respondent shall try to dispose of the case i.e. Case no. 6 of 2008 filed by the petitioner preferably within a period of one year.
In view of this concession it is not necessary to
