Apprehending his arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 registered under sections 307 IPC, the petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail. It is stated that the allegation against the petitioner and others who are close Gotias of the informant are general and omnibus. Referring to the FIR and the counter version lodged by one of the co-accused of the present, vide Annexure-2, it is stated that there was a Marpit between both the parties in which both sides received injuries. The petitioner, too, received injuries at the hands of the present prosecution side. Attention of the court was also drawn to the FIR in order to impress upon
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3018 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 that the name of the petitioner was later interjected in the FIR. It is stated that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Some of the accuseds of the present case have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member.
