1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners by way of this writ petition pray to direct the respondents to make appointment to Class-IV post even after 31.01.2013 from the reserved list published after amendment on 26.07.2012.
3. The case of the petitioners is that a panel was prepared, wherein their names fall in the reserved list but the respondents did not take any action in making appointments. It
4/4 is submitted that the panel would expire on 31.03.2013 and the posts are lying vacant.
4. I have considered the submissions. No person has a right of appointment as no one else have been offered appointment. No claim for extension of the reserved list is found to be made out. It is exclusively in domain of the appointing authority to fill up the posts or to let it remain vacant. Since there is no discrimination found to have been made out, no case for interference is called for.
5. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
