JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 323, 379, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties due to admitted land dispute. No one has sustained any injury. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40181 of 2017(3) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
