Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail on 11.12.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 56236 of 2017 on undertaking of the petitioner to pay Rs. 4,67,000/- to the O.P. No.2 within five months of which first installment of Rs. One lakh was to be paid by the petitioner to O.P. No.2 at the time of surrender in the trial Court.

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56236 of 2017 be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Compliant Case No. 3163 (C) of 2015, pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6827 of 2018(2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna subject to the compliance of the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 56236 of 2017.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56236 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
