JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in nature of certiorari for quashing of letter dated 07. 03.2022 so far the petitioner is concerned, whereby the candidature of wail list candidates have been cancelled. The name of the petitioner stands at serial 82.

For further issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus directing to the respondent concerned to appoint the petitioner in response to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7018 of 2022(2) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 Recruitment Notice no.-01/2019 on the post of Cat-Ill as the documents were verified and found complete. And the reason for cancellation as assigned is arbitrary, unfair and unjust.

During the pendency of the writ petition before this Hon'ble High Court, the selection process in terms of Adv. No.-01/2019 may kindly be stayed.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to move the competent Court having appropriate jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
