1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s) :- "1.(I) To cancellation of Selection for wrong appointment post of Anganwari Sevika namely Kiran Kumari wife of Arun Kumar Chaudhary by District Programme Officer, Madhubani whereby and whereunder the prayer of appointment on the post of Anganwari sevika has been refused.
Thereafter appoint on the post genuine candidature of the petitioner.
(II) To issue a direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17656 of 2015(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 Anganwari Sevika instead of issuance of fresh advertisement."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
