The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petition was dismissed, vide order dated 07.07.2023, but prior to passing of the said order dated 07.07.2023, the petitioner no.3, namely, Nitesh Kumar had already stood arrested, hence the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition qua petitioner no.3. 2.
Accordingly, the present petition qua the petitioner no.3 stands dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the earlier order of this Court dated 07.07.2023 shall be applicable only with regard to the petitioners no.1 and 2.

It is pointed out that in the second page of the earlier order dated 07.07.2023, it has been stated that the brother of the petitioner had gone to the registry office, Gaya, however, the fact is that he had gone to the registry office, Mahua. The said fact is taken note of.

The order dated 07.07.2023 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
