2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 67/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354[A]/366[A]/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

3. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. has stated that one Ritesh Kumar along with one other persons made her smell something and she became unconscious thereafter, she was found at the house of Mausi of Ritesh Kumar and subsequently returned. The petitioner is in jail since 19.02.2024.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has lodged the FIR on 18.02.2024 for an occurrence dated 16.02.2024 and after returning for two days she did not file an FIR. Subsequently, she has given the

5. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ 6th cum Special Judge [POCSO], East Champaran at Motihari/ concerned court in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 67/2024.
