This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Main P.S. Case No.114 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 302, 201, 304(B) and 34 of the IPC. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court and seek regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned trial Court not to be prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present petition. It is directed accordingly.

The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
