The present petition has been preferred for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to adjust the advance of Rs. 3,32,430/- (Three Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Rupees) submitted by the petitioner through vouchers before Advance Adjustment camp and to refund Rs. 3,32,430/-(Three Lac Thirty Two Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Rupees), which has been deducted from his salary as also for grant of all consequential benefits including interest on deducted amount.

3. At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be appearing before the respondent no. 2, the Registrar of the Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur along with all the relevant documents in support of his case within a period of four weeks.

4. If such representation is preferred within four weeks, the same shall be taken up and decided by the respondent no. 2 expeditiously.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
