JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2016 Heard both sides. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case no. 478 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Salhesh Yadav and Awinash Jha, accused nos. 1 and 2 supplied only 3500 quintals of paddy in place of 6000 quintals of paddy and they gave receipt of 6000 quintals of paddy. It is further alleged that on making demand they issued a cheque of Rs. 36,08,500 bearing no. 041574 but the cheque was dishonored. Considering the above fact, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case no. 478 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
