JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.65 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that due to land dispute, accused persons assaulted the informant and his son. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a single lathi blow on the head of the informant causing injury to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are agnates and due to land dispute the petitioner has falsely been implicated, only one simple injury was found over the head of the informant and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
