It is agreed at the Bar that the grievance of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.19983 of 2011 dt.31-08-2015 2/2 is limited to consider the encashment of accumulated leave for six days which was on account of the period spent by the petitioner while being on probation.
As agreed by learned counsel for the University, the writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to represent before the respondents no. 4 and 5 with regard to the issue giving details of such period, within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order. The concerned respondents shall look into the issue raised by the petitioner also in light of the practice and procedure being followed in the University and decide the same within the next three weeks. If pursuant to such consideration, the concerned respondents feel that the petitioner is entitled to payment, the same shall be paid to him within three weeks thereafter.
