This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, l324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The parties are agnates. For land dispute, allegation against the petitioner is that he caused injury on the head of the brother of the informant when brother came for rescue.

Submission of the petitioner is that in fact there was free fight and the brother of the informant might have sustained injury by fall. There is no allegation of repetition of blow.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
