The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 654 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and except self confession before the police, there is nothing on record against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since
