ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Without going into merits and demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2022 have already directed the Election Tribunal to dispose of the main Election Petition within a period of six months. It is pertinent to note that the order dated 16.11.2022 and the said period has already elapsed. This Court vide order dated 01.05.2023 called for a report from the Subordinate Bench East Champaran at Motihari wherein it is stated that the issues have already been framed and the evidence of the parties is being taken on record but so far as I.A. filed by the intervener are yet to be argued.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5800 of 2023(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Subordinate Judge-10, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to dispose of the main Election Petition No. 06 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from today.
