Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file criminal appeal in accordance with law.

However, petitioners may utilize the certified copy of First Information Report and impugned order and if they make prayer for withdrawal of the aforesaid documents, the Office shall handover the certified copy of the First Information Report and impugned order to the petitioners after getting the photocopy of those documents.
