2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No.27 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (AB), 342, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. Mr. Sanjiv Kumar, learned counsel has tendered his appearance on behalf of the Hon'ble Patna High Court and he informs that in compliance of order dated 02.08.2024 the ADJVI has been made incharge of POCSO in the District Court, Lakhisharai.

4. Considering the aforesaid information, I find that the trial is at the stage of argument and it is expected that the same shall be concluded expeditiously.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
