Case No. 77 of 2017 dated 05.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 327, 323, 324, 354, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the informant, his son and his daughter-in-law for having protested against the construction of a house by the accused persons over a plot of land on which there was some dispute. Considering the omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner, background facts as also taking into account that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and

Case No. 77 of 2017.
