JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Mokama P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. Shri Atul Chandra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, at the very outset has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having criminal antecedent. Besides this, it has been argued that in the present case on N.H. 31 informant's vehicle was intercepted by the accused persons and loot was committed. Subsequently, during investigation, some of the accused persons were apprehended and one of the co-accused confessed regarding involvement of the petitioner also.
