The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pachrukhi Sarai P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.11.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
