2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 registered under Sections 323, 376, 511 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that petitioner entered the house of the complainant and forcibly tried to touch the body of the complainant inappropriately, when complainant raised alarm, the father-in-law of complainant came there and tried to over power the petitioner which led to scuffle in which petitioner sustained injuries and thereafter petitioner fled away.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics.

Case No. 180 of 2022 which was filed by the petitioner against the complainant. The present complaint case has been filed after a delay of 10 months of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
