JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 27-03-2018 It is submitted by Mr. Ram Binay Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time the application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order dated 30.08.2017 passed by the F.T.C.-1st, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in Sessions Trial No.349 of 2002 arising out of Harnaut P.S. Case No.30 of 2001 has become infructuous, as the trial court has itself disposed of the matter and judgment has already been delivered in the case. In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
