The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 48 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, it was co-accused Rohan Sah and Sunil Yadav defalcated the amount which was deposited by the informant and other account holders. It is submitted that petitioner is not CSP manager and he has got no concern with the CSP management. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only because he is owner of the house in question in which CSP centre which was running on rent. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
