2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against them and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. Petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who has surrendered on 24.9.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28072 of 2024(5) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Dariyapur Police Station Case No. 699 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
