2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the thrust of accusation of firing is on co-accused Kapileswar Yadav, who is said to be the main assailant.
4. Considering, however that seven accused persons including the petitioners came with arms and entered into the house of the informant when co-accused Kapileshwar Yadav opened fire causing death of the informant's husband, this Court
