Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered for the offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 435, 427, 341, 342, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 15, 17, 20 of the U.A.P.A. Act. The petitioner has been accused in ten cases from before.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
