The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 registered under Sections 366A/366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that although the victim, in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C., stated the name of the petitioner, but during the entire period i.e. near about one month, no one raised alarm against the petitioner and co-accused. No.34297 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Baghaila P.S.
