This an is application for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 95 of 2011 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party is an exceptionally cruel person having connection with the anti-social elements of the locality so the petitioner is apprehending danger to pursue the matter before the Court at Begusarai. She, thus, prays that the Matrimonial Case No. 95 of 2011 be transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
