Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case there is case and counter case on account of land dispute. The parties are own brothers.

No.23369 of 2020(2) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the brothers, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- cash each in the court below and on depositing Rs. 10, 000/- the court below shall release the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The deposit of Rs. 10,000/- each shall abide by final out come of the pending criminal case.
