NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 354, 354B, 365, 379, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A complaint case no. 107 of 2014, was filed by the informant, which was sent to the local police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation thereafter this case has been registered. The allegation as made out by the informant is that the petitioners allured the wife of the informant along with the children with a bad intent and took them away. However, the petitioners were intercepted by the informant and the allegation is of snatching gold chain of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52628 of 2015 (3) dt.18-12-2015 wife of the informant worth Rs. 45,000/- as also of outraging her modesty. In the supervision note, the case has been found to be true against these petitioners.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
