====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 448, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury with farsa at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found a lacerated wound on the head of the informant and opinion regarding nature of injury is still reserved.

After hearing the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20818 of 2017 (3) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 connection with Saharsa Police Station Case No. 855 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/successor court.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
