This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Tr. No. 6998 of 2019, arising out of Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 404 of 2019, registered from the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, vide order dated 16-01-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86504 of 2019, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

In this regard, vide order dated 18-09-2020, a report was called for from the learned court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'S'. From perusal of report dated 25-09-2020 of learned A.C.J.M.-IV,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24060 of 2020(3) dt.04-11-2020 2/2 Bettiah, it appears that the case has already been committed to the court of sessions for trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application of petitioner stands rejected. However, it is directed to learned court below to conclude the trial as soon as possible.
