At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this anticipatory bail application, the petitioner has been arrested and, as such, it has become infructuous. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this application.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous. The learned APP for the State is in appearance. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
