The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has not been paid the benefit of A.C.P. to which he is entitled. The petitioner has superannuated on 31.09.2018 and his representations before the authorities for the benefits of A.C.P. has fallen on deaf ears.

Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the D.I.G. of Police, Central Range, Patna within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8098 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 six weeks. Should such a representation be filed, the concerned respondent shall dispose it off within a further period of ten weeks thereafter with a reasoned order. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid period. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
